The report we provide is direct from the Tráfico department. It is only valid up to the date and time of the actual report. Meaning that any debts incurred after this will not be shown. Equally the spanish system may not be immediate and debts recently incurred by an owner may not be registered. Also debts will only show if previously registered.

STOP24 can not be held responsible in any way for incorrect information provided in the Tráfico report.

STOP24 endeavour to perform its services within the stated time. But as this is a web based service things can go wrong.

If a customer has performed a check with STOP24 and chooses to buy the vehicle in question prior to the report being returned, or after this is entirely at the owners risk. STOP24, can not be held in anyway responsible.

Business process
All purchaser will receive a text to their mobile or an email confirming receipt of payment.

Upon dispatching of the report to your email address we shall text again alerting you to the report having been sent.

An email will arrive after the text with the attached report and general information. (please note; if after the text message or voicemail message you have not received the email within 1 hour please call us and we shall resend).

Text and voice mails we can guarantee are received by the customer. Sometimes emails do have problems and don't get to the intended recipient.

If we hear nothing we shall assume you have received your report and are 100% satisfied.

Reports are kept for 6mths on file, should you require a copy please confirm what address and registration plate.
